Crack eggs into a measuring cup and add enough milk to make 3 cups
Whisk together
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Bake pie crust for 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and reduce temperature to 350° F.
Pour mixture into the pie shell and bake for 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean
Cool for 10 minutes.
Can be made in advance and reheated.
